Diversification definition
Diversification means investing in different asset classes
(or in stocks that do not correlate with each other) that are not expected to
go down at the same time. One can diversify for example by investing in
stock indexes, real estate, and gold. The idea is that stock indexes, real estate,
and gold are not expected to all move down at the same time.
